Rye

The first release in our Waterfall Whiskey Series is a CLASSIC RYE 97% rye and 3% malt.  It was aged in Quarter Casks, which imparts four times the surface area, resulting in a whiskey with the maturity of a 5 year rye.

45% ABV (90 PROOF)
