Mine Hill Distillery™ does not sell, offer to sell nor solicit sales of alcohol through minehilldistillery.com Mine Hill Distillery™, LLC markets on its website to enable all legal drinking age (21 yrs+) adults to search online for our award-winning spirits that are available for sale by a licensed alcohol retailer(s). Through this website, you’ll not only see prices but learn about our history, our unique distilling process and our dedicated focus on partnering with local suppliers and vendors—including a 14th generation CT family farm, a nearby CT Vineyard (wine for our Amaro), and numerous other trusted CT vendors. The offer to purchase Mine Hill™ products ultimately is from the Retailer, and if (we hope when😉) you decide to purchase Mine Hill™, you make the payment to the Retailer and they fulfill your order, including the delivery of your purchases. This arrangement is intended to streamline & simplify online purchases –and is not meant to facilitate inducements by any manufacturer, importer, supplier, wholesaler or distributor of Mine Hill™ products to any retailer of alcoholic beverages or to facilitate any improper exclusionary practices by any alcohol beverage licensee.

We ship to many states, but pls spend a quick moment & use the Zip code tool to verify you can order and receive Mine Hill™ products in your area.
NOTE: ALL SHIPMENTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL REQUIRE AN ADULT (21 YEARS OR OLDER) SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY!
Please plan accordingly by entering a shipping address and date that’ll allow someone 21 years or older to be available to sign for the package and ensure you or your designee keep a valid form of ID on hand.
Carriers will not leave packages containing alcohol unattended, even if you have a signature on file. If you are not able to be at home to receive your Mine Hill™ spirits during normal business hours, we recommend shipping to your place of work OR opting to have your shipment held at the nearest FedEx or UPS pick-up location.
(And pls respect the fact that shipments will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person.) We want you to have fun & enjoy Mine Hill™ responsibly!
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME & TRACKING
It’s our goal to fulfill and ship all orders within 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Fulfillment does depend on what time of day the order is placed and what day the order is placed on. Customers will be notified in the unlikely event out-of-stocks or other issues (i.e weather) may cause delays in shipment.
When your package has been created with a shipping label and has been sent out into the mail stream, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking info.
Orders are currently shipped from our fulfillment center in CT and generally take 1-7 days for delivery when shipped ground. If it has been more than three business days and you have not received a tracking email, please contact info@minehilldistillery.com for assistance.
For our customers on the “Left Coast”, we recommend that whenever possible you place orders earlier in the week to decrease the likelihood that your order sits in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Mine Hill Distillery™, LLC assumes no liability for products damaged during transport or delayed delivery. Please check weather conditions prior to order and ensure that someone will be available to receive your order upon delivery. Based on history, the most frequent cause of damage is due to multiple delivery attempts—so please monitor tracking info to ensure on-time delivery.
