Bourbon

The first release in our Waterfall Whiskey Series is a High Rye Bourbon- 60% corn, 30% rye, 10% malt.  It was aged in Quarter Casks, which imparts four times the surface area, resulting in a whiskey with the maturity of a 5 year bourbon.
